It is becoming more and more common for hospitals to ask applicants to include a statement responding to their selection criteria. Your responses should address how your experience, abilities, knowledge, and personal qualities would enable you to achieve the key accountabilities and meet the technical and behavioural capabilities of the role.

The steps involved in editing selection criteria responses with me are:

  1. You email me the link to the job advertisement containing the list of selection criteria you would like help addressing. I then send you guidance on structuring your responses, tailored to the job you are applying for.

  2. You write your responses and email them to me.

  3. I review and edit your responses. If your responses need extra work, I will give you advice on what adjustments need to be made and then edit your second draft.

I charge $250 per job application (for up to 7 selection criteria) for editing of selection criteria responses. If you would prefer to have individual selection criteria responses edited, I charge $50 per response.
