where is Dr Laura Papillo IMG Consulting based?

I am based in Melbourne, Australia. Currently, all services are conducted via online platforms.

What are your business hours?

My business hours are 9 am to 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. After-hours or weekend services may be arranged for an additional fee. Contact me to discuss your needs.

How long will it take to complete job application services?

After payment is received, I prioritise my clients in order of when I receive your information/drafts. The time it takes to complete your work therefore depends on how many clients I have ahead of you. The quicker you send me your work, the sooner I will have it completed for you. If you have a deadline, please communicate this with me when booking services.

I need something completed immediately. Is this possible?

When it comes to job hunting, it is always smart to be prepared and not leave things to the last minute. However, it is understandable that sometimes opportunities present themselves without much notice. If you require expedited services (less than 7 days turnaround), this may be arranged for an additional fee. Contact me to discuss your deadline.

Once you receive the draft, you will have the opportunity to read over it carefully, check that all details are correct, and answer any remaining questions before a second CV draft is provided. You can find out more here.
